Terms of use

What you agree to by creating an account, and separately, by buying a module licence.

1. Software licence & account terms

Applies to creating an account and using DHARA.

Licence grant

Vayusoft Labs Private Limited ("Vayusoft Labs") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the DHARA desktop application on one registered device per module subscription that is active on your account, for as long as that subscription remains active.

Restrictions

[PLACEHOLDER: reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, and any restrictions specific to the obfuscated components — confirm final wording with counsel.]

Your account

One account, one licence key, one machine. Moving a licence to a different device is a support request, not a self-service action — see Support.

Licence verification

The desktop application contacts our licence server before each simulation to confirm your entitlement. It does not run without a working connection to that server. See the Privacy Notice for what is sent and why.

Disclaimer of warranty

[PLACEHOLDER: standard "as is", no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose language — scientific/engineering software liability wording needs specific review.]

Limitation of liability

[PLACEHOLDER.]

Termination

Vayusoft Labs may suspend or revoke a licence for breach of these terms. [PLACEHOLDER: notice period, cure period, effect on already-completed simulation results.]

Governing law

[PLACEHOLDER: jurisdiction.]

2. Purchase terms

Applies when you buy a module licence. Not yet enforced on this site — online payment is not connected yet (see Downloads for the current state of the product), so nothing on this site currently requires agreeing to this section. It is published here in advance so the same stable link can be used once checkout exists.

[PLACEHOLDER: pricing and term (currently ₹99,999 per module per 6 months, subject to change), renewal, refund policy, the DHARA15 trial's own conditions, invoicing and GST, and the payment gateway's own terms once one is connected.]
