Support

Email is the only channel, and it is the one that releases a device. There is no automated path for that yet — on purpose.

Moving DHARA to another machine

Your key activates one device. If that machine has been replaced, reimaged or has died, we release the seat by hand so you can activate the new one.

Write from the email address on the account. Do not include your licence key — we can look it up, and it should not travel by email.

Purchasing and invoices

Institutional buyers usually cannot pay by card. Request an invoice from the dashboard and we will send bank details or accept a purchase order; modules are switched on when payment clears.

Common questions

Where is my licence key?

On your dashboard, behind sign-in. It is deliberately never emailed and never put in a link.

Can I run DHARA on a cluster node and my laptop?

Not on one account today. Each account activates a single machine. For multi-node use, email us and we will work out what you need.

What happens when a module expires?

That module stops opening. The rest of the application, and any module still in date, is unaffected — expiry is per module, not per account.

Does DHARA need the internet?

Yes, at the moment you start a simulation. DHARA checks your licence each time a run begins, so the machine must be able to reach our licence service then. Once a run has started it does not contact us again — a connection dropping mid-simulation will not stop it.

Can I run on a compute node with no internet access?

Not today. Every run needs to reach the licence service as it starts, so an air-gapped or firewalled node cannot begin one. Email us if that is your environment — it is the case we most want to hear about.

I cannot sign in.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page first — it sends a reset code to your email. If the address itself is wrong or unreachable, email us from any address and say which account it is.
